Scoop Your Poop FAQ's:

What doo you doo?
We come out to your location and scoop your poop from the property. We take the poop with us and dispose of it properly. We do not leave the poop at your property in a trash can or anything else because well, we know how unpleasant that can smell even double bagged or otherwise. We will also notify you should we see anything abnormal in your dog's waste. We are a full service company and provide quality service.

How will I know you were here if I'm not home?
First, you'll notice there's no poop in the yard.
Secondly, we leave a card at the property stating we were there along with your next scheduled appointment date and a free treat for your dog. We want you and your pet(s) to be happy.

How do you protect us from becoming infected from the waste of another person's yard you've serviced?
Scoop Your Poop sanitizes our equipment, including shoes before & after servicing each property.

Will you tell me if you see anything suspicious in my dog's poop?
Yes, of course. Scoop Your Poop is always on the look out for anything that may be of concern to you and your pet.

Can I request what days you come?
We will do our best to accommodate you. However we do service some areas on certain days but we will do everything we can to work with your schedule requests.

Do you work in the rain or bad weather?
Of course we doo. Dogs don't stop pooping and we don't stop scooping.  If the rain is too severe, we'll return sometime later that week. If you miss a service date due to weather, you will not be charged.

Should I unlock my gate or fence?
Yes. We don't climb or jump fences. Please have the gate unlocked on your scheduled service date. You may also be present while we scoop your poop if you prefer not leaving the fence or gate unlocked.

Can you work with the dog in the yard?
As much as we love dogs, there are times when they don't love us. We request meeting with your dog first and getting acquainted first, prior to working in the yard with the dog there. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers or people in it's territory we will schedule a time when the dog can be kept in the house while we scoop your poop.

What if we go out of town or on vacation?
If for any reason your dog isn't going to be home, just let us know so that we can reschedule your service dates. You won't be charged for the time your dog didn't poop in the yard.

What if we forget to have the yard ready when you arrive as scheduled?
If you forget to unlock the gate or if the dog will not allow us to do our job, we will attempt to make contact with you via phone. If we cannot gain access to the yard, you will be charged the normal appointment fee for our visit to the home.

Are there any contracts to sign?
No, not at all.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel as long as you give us 24 hours notice.
Though why would you want to cancel? Unless you're into stepping in poop or having your dog at risk of worms and other bugs, or you perhaps enjoy the smell?


Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all four major credit cards. Master Card, Visa, Discover as well as American Express.
You will have that option at check out on our services page or we can accept your credit card payment via phone too.

Do you accept payments via paypal?
Yes, we do. You will have that option at check out on our services page.

Do you accept checks or cash?
Yes, we do. You may pay us cash if you're going to be there and we will give you a receipt. If you want to pay with check, you may do so and make it out to "Scoop Your Poop"

What are your service areas?
We currently scoop your poop in Pembroke Pines, Southwest Ranches, Weston, Cooper City, Davie, Miramar and Hollywood, FL

Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts for multiple months of poop scooping paid in advance.
We also offer discounts to seniors, people with disabilities, assistance dogs as well as Police and Fire owned dogs.

Do you have any breed restrictions?
Sorry to say but we do not service homes that have Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull Terriers or any other name you'd like to call your Pit.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are.
We believe in conducting business properly.
There are other pooper scoopers who are not licensed nor insured. If you use those who are not licensed or insured and something were to happen, you wouldn't have any protection or recourse.

Don't get royally pooped on by hiring a company that isn't licensed or insured. Scoop Your Poop is licensed and insured for your and your pooch's protection. To better serve you and to give you peace of mind about who is on your property and near your precious 4-legged family members. We know that is it likely we may scoop your poop while you are not home. We know how valuable your safety, property and pooch are to you. Therefore we want you to have peace of mind knowing you won't get royally pooped on while you're taking care of other priorities. We are a high-quality professional service provider, not just someone who scoops poop.
